"Overall: stress was not worth going for cheapest option. Tour of van during pick up was bad, we had to ask for information and gas was not full. Discovered two preexisting cracks which were not pointed out, caused unnecessary stress for us during trip and especially during drop off. Employees during drop off were very suspicious and tried repeatedly to imply that we caused cracks. Overall stressful experience which was completely avoidable. Van itself was clean and had good ammenities, but rego was due to expire on day of drop off and oil change was overdue. Despite this itworked well throughout. Contract is extreme and made us not want to report anything with the van for fear of it being blamed on us."

It would be great if they could start doing the shuttle to the airport again, but understandable why it's not running at the moment.
