"Couldn’t recommend Saxtons enough! Long story short… I purchased a car that was given a WOF from Saxtons before it was sold to me. Came to find that they made a few mistakes i.e WOF passed despite it being quite rusty underneath the vehicle. After filing a complaint with NZTA they worked directly with them and were incredibly cooperative! They not only fixed the parts of the car which should’ve failed the initial inspection. But they replaced the majority of the undercarriage so it’s far less rusty. All free of charge!! Made an honest mistake and went above and beyond in correcting it. Great team and will definitely be back!"
