"Helpful, friendly staff, nice premises, good service/thorough. Looks like they're very well equipped workshop-wise, with modern equipment/well organised/tidy-looking. Plus, they were servicing a real nice red Corvette while I was there... And while I waited, were going to substantial efforts over the phone to source some fairly obscure sized/gapped correct spark plugs for it (c.f. just shoving in a close-enough lot... which is the kind of thing that happens at too many places). Also, as a new customer, they gave me a very nice gift box - containing a chocolate bar, a $20 discount voucher, pen, and a post-it note fold-out.
