"Worst service I've ever incurred from the receptionist for a long time. Told to not ask any questions because she was sooo busy with no other cutomer in sight. After half an hour of waiting I was able to ask when was the latest I could pick up the car. It took four questions from me just to find out that the latest pick up time was 3:30pm. Then only to be told by the inspector that the forms could have been completed and the car ready for pick up earlier if I had left a copy of my drivers licence. A FACT that miss helpful could not have told me. Only go there if it is a last resort."
