"My wife and I have recently embarked on what has incrementally become quite a large and extremely satisfying irrigation project, at our dream home in Darley, Victoria. I've previously been a Bunnings Operations Manager, and currently a National Fleet Manager for Defence. My wife is an executive for a large insurance provider. We know what outstanding customer service is. It would be absolutely derelict of us not to provide you feedback re the service and expertise we have been blessed to have experienced. We are thrilled with what we have achieved. In fact, we are genuinely overwhelmed with what we've done. It all started with submitting a plan, via your website's on-line guidance. That experience was a real treat as the plan we received was outstanding - easy to understand and geez - what a quick turnaround! Awesome start. Put that win aside - that got us into contact with Jacob in Ballarat, then his counterpart Kym, and later Nigel. Jacob stayed in regular contact and actually delivered the initial bulk order and get this - he actually took the time to walk through the project with me across the whole block (including going under the house with me, LOL). I'd never even met this fella! Then, Kym chimes in after liaising with Jacob and personally delivers some parts on his way through to a personal interstate trip, for the configuration they devised for our main water source in the form of a brass tee, shut off valve and back flow preventer... absolutely outstanding, and so much appreciated. The expertise these gents conveyed so well, has seen us basically double the valves/infrastructure associated with the original plan - not because we really needed to, but because we can, given the new expertise we are now wildly wielding. We ended up driving to the Gillies St store three times to put the finishing touches on to what has become a bespoke system that we feel we own and are very proud of - seeing Kym again and meeting Nigel in the process. Just had Lochie deliver some more parts this morning and the high level of service continued again! We now have a magnificently working irrigation solution - all wi-fi controlled - due solely to your star team (and your processes) that you need to recognise. Jacob, Kym, Nigel, Lochie - you are rockstars."
