Weight training and cardio are both effective for weight loss, and at Castlemaine Fitness Centre, we provide sessions with Beth on Tuesday and Friday mornings from 9.00am to 10.00am. Join us and experience the benefits of these workouts for yourself.

For a truly therapeutic and invigorating experience, try our Aqua Aerobics classes. Suitable for beginners as well as advanced participants, these classes are a great way to work out in the water and improve your overall fitness.

In addition to weight training, we also offer a range of aerobic activities that provide numerous health benefits. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, or both, we have something for everyone.

For those interested in aquatic activities, we offer swimming lessons for students of all ages and abilities. Whether you're looking to improve your stroke technique, kicking, body positioning, or simply get comfortable in the water, our experienced instructors are here to help.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 8.00pm, Saturday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Sunday from 10.00am to 1.00pm. We also offer appointments for weight training sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
