Currently, we are thrilled to present "BRILLIANT LIES" by David Williamson. Running from 31st August to 9th September, this captivating play unfolds at The Engine Room on View St Bendigo.

The story revolves around two sisters, Susy and Katy, who find themselves grappling with unemployment due to discrimination. In their pursuit of justice, they must confront their own identities and decide how to defend their rights. Will it be Katy, a self-proclaimed militant feminist, or Susy, the party girl? As their father and friend Paul try to comprehend the situation, they seek assistance from Marion, a member of the newly established Anti-discrimination board. Together, they confront Gary and Vince, and learn that in order to survive the challenges of the 90s, one must become adept at telling "BRILLIANT LIES."

This play not only raises important social issues but also offers an engaging and thought-provoking theatrical experience. "BRILLIANT LIES" marks Synchronicity's 15th production, and we are committed to delivering high-quality performances at affordable prices. Our aim is to provide opportunities and training to the local community, fostering a vibrant arts scene in Bendigo.
