"I like going here, the nails are not too thick like some salons. The shaping for me is very nice. I usually get close to 3 weeks out of the nail. The communication however is poor as they speak Vietnamese before English. Dont expect a chat. :Choose a colour is favourite phrase, and cash only eftpos broken" Lol it's never broken."

"Service is terrible. You walk in and are expected to take a ticket & choose your colour without any staff interaction. I waited an hour to be spoken to then once in a chair waited again for them to do my nails very slowly. 2 hours later my toenails were finished."
"I've had consistently good SNS done here. Good range of colours, nice shaping, not too thick in the application. The place has recently changed out their chairs too - nice comfy seats while you are treated."
"Bad service, poor communication, nail polish is cracking and not properly done and its painted on my skin. I asked for nail polish remover to be used to clean off the polish on the sides..that wasn't done. The shapes are all different and not properly filed. When you ask a question they respond by shouting. They have two men doing nails who dont know how to shape nails properly and i dont understand why they keep getting them to do nails. Today my nails were done by an old man who did a really bad job. I will never come back there again. If you want value for money and great service done by proper nail techs then DO NOT go to Happy Nails because there is nothing to be happy about!"
