"I’ve been going here for years and have always raved about them, but unfortunately I’ve had my last visit here. It’s really gone downhill, I’ve given them a few more tries (everyone has an off day) but if Hazel isn’t around the girls only talk to each other and don’t make any effort to engage with the customer. Because they aren’t speaking in English you can’t even attempt to join in. They are not welcoming and there is not the care there used to be. They filed my finger with the drill and it was left bleeding. My nails were cut way too short, I wasn’t offered tips and they are uneven, it was like she was rushing me out of the shop. That’s the last time for me."
