"EDIT: Last visit was pretty disappointing. After 2 days my nails chipped and lifted. On application, they ripped the acrylic off my nails that showed no sign of damage or lift with pliers with previous clients skin on it, causing bleeding, pain, and damage to my already brittle nails. There are many safer and more hygenic ways to remove nails if needed. Failed to then prep the nail properly for application. I've had acrylics for over 2 years, coming here regularly for 9 months and not once in that time at any salon have I ever had this issue of nails falling off. I was coming here for the colour selection, but now feel I have to look elsewhere as the last few visits have lacked quality and felt rushed. I also called to let them know, and no resolution I was told to pay a refill cost of $50 again. Cute little local hidden gem. Staff are super friendly and very clean salon. It's good to find a salon that is consistently excellent no matter which nail tech you get."
