"Tried on lipstick on my hand that already open. One staff member yelled at me I am so shocked I thought earthquake hit me. "Don't open the lipstick she said" The lipsticks are already open and tear from the stickers like others shop you can try on before you buy. No matter how I explained it to her she wouldn't listen to me and won't say sorry. I ask her to check on the camera if she doesn't believe me. I didn't open your lipstick. Anyway I'll go to big W somewhere else. I will delete this post when my sadness gone."
"I'm learning to like Big W more.. I find it to be a bit more expensive than it used to be.. I'm just not 100% convinced it's my store of choice... Warnbro Big W is quite lovely though and has a wide variety as far as I can tell.. the books and stationary and yarn/needlecraft section (this section is small but still better than Kmart as far as I'm aware)"
