Aside from being asked to step aside so staff could come past with their trolley, I had no assistance or even acknowledgment by staff that I was a paying customer. "Many of the lights in the shop are turned off, especially over the fabrics. This makes it very difficult to choose an item with the exact colour you are looking for. Unfortunately I had to return to the shop and return some fabric that appeared blue in the dark lighting of the store but, on getting it home, it turned out to be purple."
"The store team are delightful but the organisation by their head office of made to measure curtains is just appalling. Do not buy curtains from there..the service desk people try their best but their process is shocking and it will be months while you wait for an external contractor to measure for the curtains and then get them made.. I decided to get a refund of my deposit and still haven't got it."

"Found some good deals in store, but unfortunately the prices weren't reflected at the till. I noticed the error when I got back to the car, and the lovely worker there kindly sorted everything out. It's not the first time this has happened. Perhaps the management need to ensure tills are up to date with advertised promotions before letting customers purchase these items? Otherwise, a good store to visit, as usual and, like I've said, kind, friendly and helpful staff."
