"We were recommended this business's city branch which is now closed, so we went to the one in Kingsway s/c, hoping to discuss customising an engagement ring. When we got into the shop, the younger man shop person behind the counter and an older woman customer just could not stop talking about other stuff after she has finished what she needed to do in the shop, even after seeing us waiting there for quite a while, they still did not want to stop talking. We were waiting for them to stop talking about their own personal stuff, so that we could be served, but every time when the conversation was just about to end, the young man shop person would engage again with her to talk about more non business stuff. When we were about to sit down and prepare for a longer wait, finally an older gentleman in the back room saw us waiting for quite a while, he came out to serve us, and even he couldn't stop looking at the younger staff ,wondering why he was not trying to serve us, even then the two still could not stop talking. On a funny note, they should " get a room". On a serious note, this is such a terrible customer service and would definitely damage their business reputation."
