"Bought a spa from here December 2021hooked up and running March 2022 everything running fine until May 2023 when SPA wouldn't turn on when doing weekly checks chemical readings ok on the Sunday. Called Monday they came out couples of days later said heater had failed. Accordingly to technician alkalinity was up when he tested. Got charged 500 for heater and 150 for unknown call out fee as I wasn’t told at the time there would be a call out fee. Told the heater would be sent manufacturer to claim warranty. Just been told no warranty due to chemical damage. We follow the regime from this company for our chemicals. Checks once per week. So this is a really good way of making money for this company. Will never deal with these people again. Ok the Chlorine may have been a bit high considering I had just added chlorine to the water on the Sunday and then found the Spa inoperable. But the PH at 6.7 being extremely acidic sort of flys in sciences face considering "The normal range for pH in water systems is 6.5 to 8.5" considering neutral is 7 so in saying this the PH was in the normal range. So I still consider myself as being ripped off and taken advantage off by inferior parts and service and will not be dealing with this company ever again and I strongly advise others to steer well clear of them."

After some time and issues coming up I've found them to stock no jets the same, no spare parts, always say we will get back to you in a few days and take your number but they never do.. they just want the big sales or or easy chemicals and don't care about aftercare or helping you obtain parts.
