"I ordered from here yesterday a roast meal and they plate it up and put in microwave to reheat, then when I was eating the potatoes salad I tasted sour so I didn’t eat anymore couple hours later I’m throwing up."
"Extremely underwhelming. Chicken on my roll tasted like it was 200 years old, customer service didn't exist. Staff member completely ignored me when I thanked her. Would not recommend."
"A month ago my family and I had lunch here. I tapped my card to pay and it apparently declined. I was made to pay again even though the money had come out of my account through my bank app. The lady insisted that I pay again to which then I was charged twice. They took my details to return the money to me if it had turned out that I had paid twice. Do you think I have been contacted and had my money returned, no. I have disputed this through my bank. It was only $39 but still, it's the principle of it. I will not be eating here again. I wonder how many other people have fallen for this and being charged twice without even realising it."
"Roast meat and potato. It's a simple recipe, there's 100 ways to make it work and while all 100 are not on the menu here, there's enough options to make me want to come back 99 times. The briskit and egg burger is served in a pool of sauce and comes with complimentary translucent, 1/2 ply napkins. I assume they are very eco-friendly. On this visit I had the signature range steak sandwich and it was really quite good despite being unsigned. One small observation - could've used just half a slice more steak. I am familiar with the intricacies of the economy of sliced meats, so I realise this half slice can hurt the bottom line - we're not made of meat, or at least..meat doesn't grow on trees. The potato gems were gem-like and the lady near me who had the pork crackle confirmed (without words) that it was extremely crackly. She had talons for fingernails. I imagine they make many things difficult, including eating things with your hands, she seemed to manage okay though. I also noticed she struggled to type on her phone because of them. Typing with the pads of the thumbs is truly a skill and she was an absolute wizard at it. But yeah food is good so 4 stars."
"Big brekkie was ok, but server asked how many sugars and didn't give them in the end, seems like a small thing, but a pain if a takeaway and you can't drink it. Also $1.20 for a 14g tomato sauce, that's a bit much and price gouging, it's not exactly a budget restaurant, the condiments should be free."
