"Always happy when we go in. Owner always has a smile even when he looks stressed. Very busy place so sometimes you may wait a little longer but you get that when your popular. Have never had a bad meal here and I’ve just about made my way through the menu. Husband and wife team that compliment each other. Would highly recommend here any time."

"Food stale and not at all fresh. I don’t think their display cabinet food is thrown away after a certain age but served until they run out, tried both savoury - (chicken rocket) and sweet - (chocolate cake) with a cup of cappuccino. both foods had a dry chewy crust on it which clearly shows the food is not fresh and rather aged, these food items should have been binned instead of serving it to your valuable customers. Such a Waste of money, we could not eat that food at all and left it unfinished. Please discard the display items if they have been sitting in the cabinet for a while."

"Service Good and can be very busy so sometimes hard to be seated during lunch times. The food is very tasty but the pasta dishes are just reheated and not cooked fresh. Because of this they come out warm and get cold quickly. It’s sad as they are very very nice tasting but I’m not the fastest eater and this turns me off ordering."

"Absolutely the worst meal & service we have ever encountered in Toowoomba. It's unfortunate because the cafe is a lovely venue. The wait staff need retraining! You do not, I repeat do not put a can of coke or bottle of juice into the top of a plastic cup with ice into it & carry it to the table! That's disgusting! Use a serving tray. The potential for germs to be on the bottom of that can then placed into the cup of the consumer is a recipe for germ poisoning. Not to mention it's unprofessional. When your wait staff bring drinks to the table they need to say what the drink is & as who's it it is. Not just dump it and run. The staff got the order wrong when ordering, 2 drinks came to our table wrong & needed to be rectified. Then to top it off, 2 of the dishes were terrible. Salads that wernt washed, old, brown & inedible. Barramundi fillet that was straight out of a box. For the price that was disgusting,fatty & not even cooked correctly it was raw in parts. A handful of cold chips! Do not eat here, you will be sadly dissatisfied. Also a $7 drink served in a plastic take away cup was downright insulting, use a decent glass! Also a snitty from the Coles deli department is not good on the plate for the price you are charging. Don't let the photos deceive you!"

"Had a Latte and pulled beef rocket. For the price it was really worth and really delicious. Variety of Italian foods are available for your choice. The staff is helpful and supportive. There is enough tables and dining area. Located in second floor, in-front of HnM."
