"I initially walked into the shop in Warnbro to see if they knew how to apply a foil design to acrylic nails. They said they did and they could do it straight away. So I took my foil design in and sat through the process of them preparing my my nails. It was as you’d expect up to that point, the problem came when they tried to apply the foils. There are clear instructions on the foil packet, but rather than READ them (I assumed they had done them before) the technician proceeded to dab the foil pattern to the nail! I could not believe what I was seeing. These beautiful foils that cost $35 were absolutely destroyed!! The pattern is so detailed and in a matter of seconds… the pattern was broken up over the nail and the intricacies ABS cured due to wrongful application! The instructions clearly state to cut each design out, apply it to the nail and leave for 20 seconds, apply a damp cloth and slowly peel off the plastic backing (much like a temp tattoo). When I stoped the tech she proceeded to argue with me, that what I asked for was impossible, she has 20years as a nail tech and what I wanted could not be done! Now that was a blatant lie as friends get the very same foils applied to their nails regularly and they look beautiful! Absolutely disgusted with their inability to admit their wrong doing and not even compensate the damaged foils. Will NEVER use this shop again nor recommend them."
