"I want to give a higher score but I got a chicken bone in my last chicken and cambert pizza. It was the last bite too which was a bummer. About the size of a 5c piece. Totally going to order from them again. In fact I did, the Caprisiosa, first time having anchovies on pizza and I enjoyed it. Staff are polite, often excusing themselves or acknowledge you if they're preoccupied and you're waiting to order. I dislike sitting the waiting area, it's a row of stools adjacent to the tills. Makes me feel cramped even when I'm the only one. There's no other seating inside or out so it's best to have somewhere else planned to eat. I still recommend it, I'll change my mind if the quality of food changes."

"Domino's Kwinana surcharges 10% on Sundays bc they reckon of the penalty rates they have to pay staff in accordance with their sign in the shop, I checked out how much profit Domino's made for 2023 so far and don't believe you can justify pinging your good customers after making a huge profit Domino's. You make enough profit, to pay them yourself, without pinging me a 10% Sunday surcharge, Domino's, so stop ripping customers off. "One of the worst places iv ever ordered from .customer service is appaling, always blaming the app ,rude to customers.pizzas in the last year have come to me sub par ,cold, an i have to leave my home because a delivery driver won't get out a car in the rain My worst experience with them is when they baked a thick lock of ties up brown hair into my pizza .were talking 500+ individual hair making up that Lock not a strand of hair legit end of a brown pony tail. I took this information to the store an they proceeded to offer me everything under the sun so they could get the EVIDENCE from me an I couldn't make a formal with head office (um there's records of a return an compliant an why ??,silly)they refunded ,made a new pizza sent me on my way This place clearly dosent practice good food practices ,that's evident .look if you want to risk your family's health be my guest . Im under the impression that my pizzas been spat on because Iv had to many legitimate complaints Unfortunately I believe this franchise will be better serve the community under new management"

"A complete failure of a pizza store. Ordered 3 pizza's, a Pepsi and a garlic bread at around 6pm for delivery. 8pm and I see that my order has finally been changed to ready in store I call them to see when it will be delivery and the worker said "very soon" an additional 30 minutes later and the order still has not arrived. So my house mate go's down to pick it up just to be told that the order was never ready. The only saving grace of this location is they managed to double refund my order. At least the incompetence of the staff managed get me free dinner at the Hungry Jack's next door. Avoiding this store and go to the Pizza Hut around the corner."

"Very poor service. My order was extremely delayed and the person responded over the phone was extremely rude and unapologetic. I asked for a refund and he mentioned it’ll take one week to hit my account. Absolutely shocking customer service. Domino’s please train your staff with basic customer service and common sense. I will not be buying your food ever again."
