"App was down after trying to place the order twice. Then called the store - was on hold for nearly 3 minutes and then the phone was picked up and I was put back on hold again with no communication. Eventually the call was picked up and I tried to place my order. The girl could not manage the New York Cheese pizza, New York Hawaiian pizza and a vegorama pizza order. After repeating the order to the same girl I was put back on hold and then another girl answered and told me she would have to put my order in again because the other girl couldn’t understand my order. By the time I finally managed to place my order I was outside the store. The youngsters running the store really needed a senior on shift who can actually deal with customers and only allow staff who are competent to answer the phones. They can’t have been that busy as there were only 2 orders ahead of us! Pizzas were at least hot but the staff’s competency leaves a lot to be desired."
