"Just had one of my worst retail experiences ever in this store.. I am still very angry about it.. we were the only customers in store with 2 sales assistant's both asked me if I needed assistance and I was very obviously not looking for anything but my wife was in great need for assistants I told them both that she needed help to which they turned the other way totally ignoring her. Is it because she is BLACK.. I wouldn't of believed it if I didn't see it.. so I am calling them out in this review I will never shop there again or recommend anyone doing it.. unless you want to experience racism."

"My daughter and I went into the shop for the first time, I didn't expect much as I've never seen many customers in the store. We saw only 1 staff there who basically ignored us and not helpful when I asked a question, doing other things than serving. Then I saw more staff later but also doing the same. Felt very unwelcome. However I found very good range of bras that I didn't know they had at the back of the store! It was worth the visit. Otherwise I would've given 1 star."
