"this store is really cool and they have a wide selection of shoes which is great. the vibe is very welcoming and modern and upbeat. all the staff i’ve dealt with in the past have been really great, however i overheard the manager talking about one of their employees in a really disgraceful way. badmouthing employees behind their back is a horrible way to be a manager. when she assisted me she was nice enough but was very short and blunt with me when i was just there to buy a pair of shoes, i believe i remember her name being something like Kat or Katherine even (i could be wrong but it’s what i overheard). i think she needs to look herself in the mirror and decide whether she is a good fit for a management position and platypus needs to alter this fast otherwise they are going to lose employees and customers."
"Today around 2pm, I went to this store to exchange for a pair of shoes I bought online because it was too big for me. The shoes I ordered online, this morning I just received (order number: # PlatAU001814951) brand new with tag. I paid an extra $20 in exchange for another pair. When I tried on the staff gave me new shoes. I had no doubt until I got home that my shoes were definitely an old pair of shoes. It's scratched and dirty from the base, hips and laces... I really can't believe she could do this to me. You can't let me return the shoes. But why do that??? I was so angry that I forgot to take a picture as proof. I immediately went back to this store and asked her why she did it. The company please check the camera today around 2:30 - 3 pm. She reluctantly said she didn't know? But I remember that after I tried on the shoes she changed the box and opened it to check but didn't show me. Because I believe too much in this brand, I lost my work this afternoon. Be careful with the staff here!!!"
