"Had a friend come into the store this morning who had a very uncomfortable experience. Although the customer service was helpful, it was too persistent and over-the-top. As a person with social anxiety she found the experience overall very overwhelming. She ended up breaking down and crying in the changing rooms. Although this is expected in customer service, she hopes this will make some staff aware that some customers much prefer to shop in silence."
"I would give this store an absolute 0 rating if I could. Yes I am a bigger gal. My sister and I went it there at 2.05pm on Sunday the 24th of October. There were 2 younger girls who were working and gave us horrible looks and disgusting customer service. But when a smaller girl came in they were over the moon all of a sudden had great customer service. Absolutely disgusting service from those two girls. No one should ever feel ashamed to walk into a store and feel judged."
