"ALL NEW COMERS TO THE ISLANDS. Disgusting service. Despite being on pain medication for many years, even after checking my records I was denied help and had to go to hospital. If you are on any type of pain killer, your looked upon and treated as a junkie. I had an Abscess under a tooth which closed my eye and all he gave me was antibiotics, not even a couple of panadiene forte. Disgusting doctor, incredibly rude and arrogant, another time I'd Accidentally ground away Mt thumbpad to the bone, he didn't even clean it because it was closing time, again, just antibiotics no pain relief, oh, did I mention NO LOCAL and in 6 hours was so infected I had to have an operation after being transferred from Redland hospital to Logan. These people are terrible doctors. If you have ANY pain issues, go to the mainland, island doctors are biased against islanders, thinking anyone with pain, anxiety or sleep problems are just junkies after tablets, they speak to you like dirt. You are the dirt, you judgemental non doctors. "Do no harm" not "squeeze in as many patients as you can, too bad if they have to wait an hour or more, they have no choice" you're lucky I haven't sued over my thumb. Maybe I will, ple ty of time. Shame I can't share the pictures. AVOID THIS MONEY MAKING ENTERPRISE. IT'S NOT A DOCTOR, DOCTORS CARE ABOUT PATIENTS BEFORE MONEY. DON'T BOTHER WITH THE OTHER DOCTORS, THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.. Treat you like dirt. Even some terminal patients can't get pain medication. What sort of pathetic, judgemental, disgusting doctor does that? One who's only in It for the money. Im reporting them and the other for descrimination and malpractice. Might knock them off the pedestal they put themselves on."

"You had a holiday on Monday 9th of august. Show day. However your website said you were open all day and your answering machine said you were attending to other calls and put us on hold for 30 mins until we gave up. We then traveled from Lamb island because we thought you were open. If you have the day off please update your website and answering machine so as not to inconvenience you customers. Very disappointing and lazy behavior."

"I booked a 10.45 appointment online but when I arrived, there was no record of my online booking! I booked early, about 8.00am so maybe the office computer was off and didn't record my appointment. Who knows? But I was not very happy! Had to wait till 11.30 to see the Doctor and all I needed was a prescription!"
