"0/5 In my 35 years of property investing I've never experienced such an inexperienced and unprofessional outfit. Unable to follow simple instructions: I'd told them I'd like to pay a trades-person by credit card so as to accrue the frequent flyer points but they instead dispensed it from the rental income. Property inspections are virtually non-existent, and when they do attend they cannot enforce simple rules such as no dogs allowed inside, there were two large dogs in the bedroom when they themselves wrote the lease stating they must stay outside in the laundry. A simple scan of the grounds does not constitute an inspection, I personally picked up almost a wheelie bin full of rubbish from around the property after the tenant left. When I brought this to their attention, their response was "Do you have any photos?" I spread 2.5 cubic metres of soil around the yard to fill in the holes the tenant and their massive dogs had left, and collected a bucketful of dogsh*t from the back yard but this escaped the property manager as well. They just get in and out as quickly as possible so they can tick that box and move on. Bathroom windows and screens not cleaned - not even mentioned on the outgoing inspection. Inexperienced staff giving unqualified advice about matters before the tribunal. Their poor advice, clearly given in the hope that I would not pursue things further, went on to cost me dearly. Incompetent and slap-happy inspections and poor reporting. Poor communication and an overall apathetic attitude to our concerns as the property owners. I might as well have managed the property myself as I was doing their job for them most of the time - and paying them a premium for it. Never again."
