"The customer service from start to finish was excellent for this small business and the car hire prices and add ons were very price competitive. The car we used was relatively old with existing cosmetic damages but it was very fuel efficient (Hyundai Accent), so it served our purposes fine. The free customer pick-up service is a definite bonus and the $20 fee for optional airport transfer is convenient and more economical than catching a taxi. We definitely recommend this business to anyone and we would use them again if we find ourselves in Cairns again."
