But the service is good and your pool will be always clean if you follow their instructions.. Although I recently paid $5.00 for a piece of plastic that should have costed $1.00. It did the job but felt disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on their products over the years. That's why I am giving them a star rating. (Its is called looking after your regular customers)."
