"Great campsite with only 8 powered sites a little pricey $80 p/n off peak, amenities very clean and tidy. Btw week before school holidays so no one here at all so very nice stay."
"Excellent Beach with beautiful greenery around and surfing also seen in this beach"
"Great location. Privately run campsite, with access to boom gate and toilet showers only via a key card. They only give One key card. A family of four one key card. Why don’t you give out two key cards upon. Do you have any idea how many toilet breaks that is. Let alone if the six year old looses it. It’s not the child’s fault that no one can access the boom gate of toilets and showers. The office is only open when it’s open and that’s that. Behold my precious key card. Be warned"
"Great campground, we would definitely be coming back. Eco Island Tent: It was a last minute decision to go to North Stradbroke for a few nights and reconnect with nature. As we didn’t have much time to pack for camping, we stayed at the Eco Island Tent, it’s beautiful, clean, has all the amenities you need, power, light, fridge, BBQ, plates, cups, glasses, utensils. Coffee and tea, even a toaster and coffee machine. Tent sites: The camp ground with tents is also great, next time we will definitely stay in one of the unpowered sites as they are a bit more cozy, with surrounding greens and some with ocean view. Facilities: There is a power station, where you can charge your phones. Sinks to comfortably wash your dishes and a kettle to make tea/coffee. There are also washing facilities and drying clothes lines. Toilets & showers are nice and clean, however the hot water switch is outside the shower cabin and only allows for 3minutes of hot water. Small kids playground is also available Location: You’ve got a beautiful beach right there patrolled by lifeguards, great beach for surfers too (and there’s a surfing school just there, if I understood correctly) Pub with good food and a view is located within short walking distance. A nice walk can also take you to the Point Lookout."
