"Very happy with recent experience here and would highly recommend. It's normal to have a preference for different doctors."
"I’ve had some trouble finding a good practice the last few years. Although now having been going to Mount Sheridan Medical the last 12 months I couldn’t be happier. Other practices iv been to seem to just want you in and out where as Mount Sheridan actually care and follow up with you along the way."
"I’ve seen a few doctors at this practice and have settled on Dr Louise Bourke. I had the same doctor for years at McLeod St medical but he retired a few years ago and I have been on the search since for a new doctor. Dr Louise has been so incredibly helpful with my health and has gone above and beyond. The other doctors were great too but I felt Dr Louise is the doctor for me. The reception staff are so lovely and always welcoming. Couldn’t fault this practice. Very happy with the service."
"Failed to contact me with test results which make me high risk of developing a certain cancer. The practice nurse called me a year later to advise me to book another screen and told me the results then. Would have been nice to be told so I could have booked in the appropriate specialist appointment and have the issue dealt with in a timely manner."
"Though I have taken my daughter to this practice multiple times before, I will not do so again, it's not that I don't recommend this practice, but that I do not recommend you take your children to see Dr. Steven Rudolphy. I took my 2 year old daughter in for a cough issue, but he proceeded to talk about her weight instead, calling her overweight and a concern, he also assumed that I feed her lollies, sugary drinks, and junk food, of which I do not do. I do not recommend this doctor as he was very judgmental."
