"Nobody on reception to greet us and give us our key, even though we arrived mid afternoon. For the price we paid you wouldn't expect to see such a dodgy repair to the ceiling light, nor the hole beginning in the ceiling above the shower, and when was the filter in the bathroom last cleaned? A perfect breeding ground for bacteria. Lastly, why would you install a hand basin in a bathroom at chest height where it ceases to be a convenient height for use. See attached photos for clarification."
"No hot water for shower in the morning. Went to shower before long days travel 7am and no hot water. So none of us were able to have a shower. This day and age that is very poor."
"Shocking service & attitude by the female looking after the accommodation. Our 3 nights had been booked and paid for, but she filled our room with another booking. She then refused to let us speak to the manager and hung up on us. All this at 5.30 in the evening leaving us to try & find alternative accommodation on a very busy tourist week. Go elsewhere by all means."
"Lovely rooms, nice soft bed. Views from rooms are a bit limited to the sea, but most rooms can see the sea etc. Close to restaurants, walking trail etc."
