"I went to the pool and went to purchase something from the canteen and there was one person who was sitting drinking tea outside the canteen. I remembered seeing him working there one time I went so I asked him if i could get a pair of goggles. He responded with 'you will have to ask June.' So I went to look for June, he then went inside the canteen as another member of staff was coming up, he served me and I got the goggles. As I was leaving I went to get some lollies, I got about 4 bags of lollies for me and my friends, I asked to pay by card and he wasn't too happy about that saying 'it's only $4' and I explained I didn't have cash on me. He sort of huffed and went to get the eftpos machine, I made the purchase and left. I don't see that as a big effort and it isn't too friendly. He should just be okay with me paying by card, I don't find it too much to ask for, espically seeing not too many people I know carry cash and we are going into a cashless world. The pool was a lovely temprature and the change room looks amazing."
