Led by a prescriptive Play Therapist, our team specializes in working with children and teens aged 2-15 years. We understand that every individual is unique, which is why we offer multiple play therapy modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

One of our core passions is supporting children with ADHD, ASD, and ADHD/ASD, as well as their families. Our therapist has personal experience with neurodivergent children and believes in helping them develop a strong neurodivergent identity. Additionally, we have a strong focus on complex trauma, including medical trauma, coping with chronic health conditions, bereavement, and grief, drawing on our therapist's background as a Registered Nurse.

Play Therapy is an evidence-based approach that supports individuals in their developmental, emotional, behavioral, social, and mental health concerns. It is particularly effective for those who have witnessed or experienced trauma and/or abuse. Regardless of age, our therapy can be utilized to address various concerns.
