"WORST DOCTOR VISIT EVER!! I regret ever stepping foot into this unwelcoming place. Firstly, I was charged full price for my appointment even though it is a bulk billing practice. Their excuse was I am English so they discriminated against me and my valid Medicare card (same Medicare rights as an Australian citizen). I have never had this issue with any other medical practice. My appointment was with DR Irina. I had no welcome or greet into my appointment and instead felt very uncomfortable walking in. Later, after explaining my symptoms I felt very judged. I had no outcome and no help from my visit. A week later I had emergency surgery which could have been prevented if I had a little bit of basic help. Do not attend!"
