"Nursing staff great, medical staff unwilling to keep you in the loop, overhead the plan from handover rather than being given it directly; severely understaffed, waited 3 hours before a doctor came to assess my one year old, got a single pot of yoghurt after 8 am after being here since midnight. Not super impressed."
"Took my son sick, waited over 5hrs. Racism still exits in Australia, they may not say it to your face but with peoples actions & attitudes it's 100% Racism. For over 5hrs anyone who was white Australian or European got seen first, not even 20mins in the waiting room. Now don't attack me for saying I am playing the racist card, but it's not just me, Indian nationality, new Zealand nationality, with kids bleeding screaming no response from doctors. Anyone white comes in the emergency department gets call over by a doctor & discharged while everyone else is waiting, is pure 100% Racism towards people other than who are white. If by expanding the hospital you only will treat white Australians, then please put a sign on the Door "service provided to only white people other nationalities not welcome". Do not waste our time & treat us like we don't belong in Australia, you don't want to provide service to us please write it clearly & tell us, I would rather take hatred to my face then being treated like we don't belong in Australia. Never ever visiting Logan hospital again."
"I had my first experience at Logan Emergency department today and I can not fault the staff. I came in with a very painful and delicate issue and they were very sympathetic and efficient with me. I can't thank the doctors and the multiple nurses enough for the way I was treated and cared for right from reception to being discharged. Thankyou."

"I was a bit worried having read some of the reviews pre-transport by QAS, but thank you for taking me to Logan Hospital Emergency. All staff, admin, nurses, doctors and support medical were on top of their game and correctly diagnosed a serious condition needing emergency surgery. The surgical team were equally competent and a precision team. Post op care and a 3 night stay on ward was equal or exceeding 5 star care, not only caring for you, but caring about you. Thank you."
