"We had a great one night stay in an open room. The views were great, friendly service, great food/drinks and location. My partner enjoyed the golf also. 5/5 highly recommend ⭐️⭐️"
"Had a great time, the sales and marketing manager organised everything for us and was amazing to deal with. We did end up with issues dealing with the operations manager (he was extremely rude and discriminatory) and this cast a shadow over our whole trip. I cant believe people are allowed to work with such ethics. Things need to really change or they will keep losing business."
"Beautiful stay. The rooms were beautiful with a resort feel and had a balcony which looked out to the golf course. We think they upgraded us to the open room which was very spacious with a bathtub. Reception was also very friendly. It started to rain right during our check in, and they kindly offered to drive us a very short distance to our car. Location of the hotel/resort is very peaceful. A very peaceful and quiet stay, would highly recommend."
"We stayed for 2 nights during the Easter long weekend, and the overall experience was not so great and value to the money. This place is primarily built with golfing purposes. Non golfers would surely feel this place is nowhere and away from any little town around. The bedding was so bad that we literally felt as if we got dug into it. Weird noises from outside, especially due to high winds. The breakfast menu would be the same everyday, the placement of dishes wouldn't even change!! Given a chance, I would rather spend this money on a proper intercontinental hotel a few kms away in Sorrento."
"We had a lovely stay at Moonah Links. We enjoyed the comfortable room with good views, amazing staff and food! Sadly its the patrons/members who let it down. Whist dining at Strike Bar we witnessed terrible behaviour including racism toward a staff member from one of the patrons. He was abusive and angry toward a staff member who was half his size thinking he was more privileged than others. Unless management take a stand on this behaviour we would not recommend the resort or restaurant to others. Patrons should not be allowed speak to staff this way and continue to be allowed on the premises. Staff have had to become “used to this” treatment. This has forced us to give one star."
