We understand that convenience is important, especially when it comes to healthcare. That's why we offer bulk billing services, ensuring that eligible patients can access our services without any additional costs. However, for patients without Medicare eligibility, a private consult fee will apply. Additionally, longer consults and procedures may incur additional fees.

To ensure that our doctors are available to all patients, we kindly request that you make a booking online. While we strive to accommodate walk-in patients whenever possible, it is advisable to call ahead for procedures, dressings, or immunizations to ensure that adequate resources are allocated.

We value your time and the time of other patients, which is why we have a cancellation policy in place. If you cancel within 4 hours or do not attend your scheduled appointment, a non-attendance fee of $50.00 will apply. This policy helps us ensure that every patient has the opportunity to be seen by our doctors.

For your convenience, we offer telehealth consultations specifically for COVID-19 positive patients. Please note that test results will only be given to the patient concerned by a doctor, and a follow-up appointment may be required. Medical certificates can be provided following a consultation, but they cannot be backdated, so it is advisable to seek one early in your illness.

We strive to maintain effective communication with our patients. Our communications policy outlines how and when we receive and return telephone calls and electronic communication. Please note that emails are used for administrative purposes only and we do not disclose personal information or use email for booking or canceling appointments.

As part of our commitment to providing holistic care, we offer a transfer of medical records service. If you require your medical records to be transferred from your previous practice, please ask our reception team for a request form.
