Open to kids aged 5-18 years, both first-time and current tennis players are welcome to join us. Our program includes coaching from 9am till 12pm, followed by match play from 12.30pm till 2.30pm. We cater to different skill levels with groups for Hot Shots Red, Orange, Green, and Teen Tennis players.

At Transition Tennis, our goal is to provide a supportive and enjoyable environment for players to learn and play tennis, helping them reach their full potential. We offer programs for children as young as four, all the way up to older adults, making tennis a game for life.

One of our popular programs is the Hot Shots national junior coaching program. Designed for children as young as four years old, this program ensures they receive proper coaching and guidance tailored to their age and skill level.

For those who want to combine fitness and tennis, our FitBit Cardio Tennis is the perfect choice. This program combines various cardio workouts with fun tennis drills, all set to a high-energy soundtrack. It's a great way to improve your fitness while having a blast on the court.

Our young players can also benefit from a mixture of drills and games set to music in a fun environment. This approach helps them develop their skills while enjoying the process.
