However, to ensure efficient scheduling and to provide the best possible care for all our patients, we kindly request a minimum of 4-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Starting from January 2023, a fee of $20 will be charged for any missed appointments or appointments canceled without sufficient notice.

"Never again, got a lump cut out which was cancerous, went back for stitches out, waited almost an hour with people who walked in over half hour after me and they went straight in, asked how much longer and they looked blank as if I didn’t have a booking despite me replying yes to text messages and letting them know I was there on arrival, asked how long I can wait for and I said not much longer and I’ll go elsewhere to get stitches out and there reply was are u happy to go somewhere else, have a big surgical wound with not all of it even stitched"

"Went in last night at 6pm to see a doctor but wasn't able to do so I was told I had to have an appointment due to having 1 doctor on until 8pm. I was also told to come next day in the morning but when I turned up today in the morning I was turned away again saying that they are fully booked. This medical centre use to be so good now it seems to me that they no longer care about patients needs and illnesses they want to manage people through their appointment systems the micromanagement going on in there is seriously concerning. I'm never going back there and pulling my family out of their practice period"
