"Standing at the counter for more than 10mins - all the staff were avoiding eye contact and didn’t bother to say we won’t be long.! Just doing other stuff. Lady went past us and starting putting away shoes . Didn’t acknowledge the customers who were at the counter or bother saying even an hello. Will never buy from here ever. We didn’t get the shoes we want at Foot locker, else would have never stepped into a super rude and disrespectful store, l. I told the guy who finally came to counter, atleast you could have said I won’t be long,” he told me that’s all right “ unbelievable, I will never shop here ever again. Hope someone will take action against these staff. I was in on 16/07/2023 at 11:45am. I am a HR myself, I pity the person who these miserable staff."

It’s also impressive that they cater for individuals with extra sensory needs so that shoe fittings can be done in an environment that is comfortable to them. Not many businesses can offer which a service. In this instance, I did not buy as their price point was a little on the higher side; however the fitting taught me a couple of things via their high tech machine and system and the service was good.
