"Very disappointing to find out you get charged again after already paying for a car seat fitting, when you want it change from rear facing to forward facing. This would take 10 mins and the charge is $50. I am more than happy to pay for a service at a reasonable cost. If this service took even 15 minutes this is an hourly rate of $200."
