On both occasions Jack served/assisted me on what were both rather lengthy visits, trying on various boot brands and sizes. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and nothing at all was too much trouble for him. His advice/recommendations were very honest. Jack was extremely professional and in my opinion, an asset to the Rebel store chain. I must also make mention of the very helpful advice and information Ben (store manger) provided me over the phone, immediately prior to my visiting the store."
"Now I know shops can be busy and staff can be caught up on things that’s understandable. But for us to stand there for more then 30 mins is bad and knowing that staff were looking at us and even walking past us not even acknowledging my family and I. Customer service should be priority when it comes to working in retail, maybe just saying to us that ‘we will be with you in a moment’ or something to know that they notice us. So the customer service can be a little better."
