"Dr Nick Cooling is one of the best doctors i have ever seen. He is very professional, kind and patient to kid too. The experience was excellent . Dr Nick has given adequate amount of time for the consultation, and we learned a lot from him. The price is reasonable. The only thing to complain is his schedule is pretty full , have to book a few months in advance."
"I recently called and spoke with the Practice Manager Tiara. Tiara went up and beyond to help with an appointment. Her care and kindness was absolutely beautiful. She truly was a wonderful help & very efficient . Her beautiful nature and kindness is truly appreciated. A very competent asset to the company."
"I came here from Bayside medical because I liked Dr Halliday. Last time I booked in I was bulk billed like always as i’m on a pension, booked a phone appt a month later to get a script and got another Dr as I assume Halliday was on leave. Got a phone call 10mins later from a receptionist telling me they were no longer bulk billing and I’d have to pay out of pocket. I said nobody told me this either on the phone or by correspondence and the receptionist rudely told me they’d had a sign in the waiting room for over a month. How am I supposed to know this if my appointments since COVID started have been by phone? I won’t be paying this and I will take it to the relevant authorities if I am pressured to. I guess I will have to change practices even though I will miss having Dr Halliday as my GP of over a decade."
"Got a referral letter from my GP to a allergy specialist in this clinic. Called them and was told they have never received the referral letter. Fine, i was then told to send it through email. Done so in 3 minutes and 2 weeks after still no response from them. Go to there in person and being told "the doctor will decide when to call back. please wait at least for 2 weeks." Obviously the staff was telling lie and apparently they have not even opened my email or referral letter. They treat patients worser than a football. No news from them at all till now."
