"As a new patient, the arranging the appointment was straightforward and pretty quick. The receptionists and Dr Barbara Ngai were nice. I do believe that my appointment (a double appointment equating to 30 minutes all up and about $180 without rebate) could have covered the entire check-up I needed, but unfortunately, I was told I need to book an additional double appointment. As a student, money is limited and every cent counts. However, I do understand that doctors have busy schedules in Tasmania, and things don't always go smoothly. All-in-all, a great experience, I recommend."
