Reviews
"Family camping was a great experience for our kids. Wildlife was always making noise for kids which made there trip wonderful."
"My stepdad would always tell me about the great times we had camping out here when I was growing up, and old age must be getting to me because I could barely remember any of it! Great to come back out and revisit the memories! We used to make a real "boys weekend" of it or so he tells me. It was great to come back here after so many years, I could clearly remember all the landmarks of the drive up here, the entrance too, but strangely nothing within the actual camping grounds. Great parking, ample space for tents, but for some reason I had constant nightmares and would break down into tears whenever I got near our old camp site. Must have ate something funny on the way up I guess!"
"Other than driveway which is terrible and takes 4-5 minutes drive everything else is perfect. One of the best camping sites in the region. There is showers and toilets, hot water, near by the river that you can swim or kayak. Ice bags and fire woods are sold here"
"This is a great campground. Lots of space, not far from Brisbane and pets allowed. The road in is fairly rough if you are in a 2wd vehicle but it is manageable. There are toilets and free hot showers although the toilets were dirty."
"Generous sized camping grounds, decent but basic facilities with frequent soap and thick toilet paper refills, canoe and stand up paddle boarding hire available, plenty of wildlife."
