"Nice walk however it is pretty challenging if you are a short person (like me). At some stage you need to climb rocks which is possible but not easy. That took us 4 hours (with return) to finish it. The view is beautiful and you can enjoy a bit of a rest on a platform at the top."
"If you arelooking for a great hike near to Brisbane, Flinders is the name I would suggest."
"Fantastic hike, it's around 6.5km return with about 600m in elevation. Includes some scrambling across rocks and has some amazing views. Grade 5 climb so would only suggest to those prepaid for a challenge but a mate took his young kids up there so it's not extreme. The road to the day area is dirt and has some small creeks crossings, so probably recommend a car with some ground clearance."
"The picnic area is good, bring own drinking water. The hike to the peak is a tough one, small amount of scrambling, beautiful views at the top"
"Nice hike with different views along the way. There was a bit of rock scrambling part which was challenging but not dangerous. The view at the peak was pretty stunning. Only just over an hour drive from Brisbane. Less crowded than some other more famous mountains but the view up there is definitely worth a visit. Overall a great experience!"
