"Friendly staff, clean, perfect water temp. Fun kids pool and fountains, reasonable entry fee. Good learn to swim program"
"Front counter staff member was very rude. They still exist in the age of the dinosaurs. We attended the pool on the basis of the hours reflected on their Facebook page (they do not have a webpage presence) and was lectured by the staff member that their inept advertising was a result of Facebook’s inability to allow them to amend or clarify their hours of operation. They are closed to the public after school on weekdays. We were made to blame for their ineptitude for failing to have appropriate social media and website presence conducive to 21st Century. When another staff member suggested we use the outside pools, the rude “older” lady said it was too cold. The weather was 28 degrees. So rude. That staff member is a deterrent to Water Worx. I will not take any child I look after there. However, undeterred, my little nieces and nephews were warmly welcomed and well cared for just down the road at Goodna Aquatic Centre. They provided wonderful service that we did not receive from Water Worx."
"There is nothing horribly wrong with this place but nothing amazing. My son had a nice time playing outside in the childrens area but there is almost no shade over the kids pool and the whole facility is very run down. I know this was probably a one off, but there were SO MANY beetle/ bugs floating in the kids pool, it was gross. My son likes to drink the water (which I don’t encourage) and I was definitely worried he would swallow one. Also one of the umbrellas was swaying around like crazy, looked like it could have easily knocked someone out."
"First time visit with my family, and will be our last. The lady at the front was not welcoming, very cold and told us we couldn't take food in. That's fine about food. The little kids area is decent, sprinklers were on. A few of the sun chairs were broken in this area. Also the sun shades are dangerous. They are rusted and broken, I only noticed because I nearly got knocked in the head badly, as one swung around by the wind. These should be replaced immediately, so no one is injured especially young children. Bathrooms could do with updating also."
"Great public pool. A little more shade and maybe a lifeguard would have made it a 5 star review. They might have lifeguards at busier times, this wS our 1st visit. Great for young swimmers"
