"I met him for a outpatient appointment and he was arrogant moody and asked me "do you want the procedure or not" when I asked him simple questions about the procedure... I then requested another specialist and was happy with the end result. Such a disappointment! .. In response to Moses Abes comment: I was an outpatient and not at his clinic (He was a doctor at the OP clinic at the hospital and was reported there too so he is aware of the experience) .
