"I paid Sandra Tollerton at Helloworld Wollongong $5,300 deposit for our family to travel to Fiji on 12 October 2020. We were informed that our travel had been cancelled due to Covid-19 and that we would receive a refund. Despite countless attempts to have our $5,300 reimbursed by Helloworld Wollongong we have received no refund or credit. Helloworld Wollongong cannot be trusted to administer holiday funds on behalf of their clients. I have tried and tried to discuss this matter with Sandra Tollerton and receive empty promise after empty promise. DON'T TRUST HELLOWORLD THEY ARE SHARKS!"
"My family wanted to go on a cruise with specific events for my little brother. Helloworld said they could do it. At the last moment they said they couldnt anymore, but said they could move them to a cruise with the same things. Not only didnt they have the same events, they didnt have any child friendly events at all. They lied to their faces and when confronted said they couldnt do anything about it. 1/5 stars 0/10. Going to tell everyone who is asking about this place to never go."
