"My sister & I booked a petting zoo 2 months in advance and confirmed the booking again 2 weeks out from my nephews 1st Birthday, only for Robert the owner to call and cancel it the day before his birthday party. To say we were disappointed is an understatement - we had 15 x toddlers with built up excitement coming to our home only for it to be canceled by him at the last minute. The excuse provided was completely made up, he would not send an invoice for payment prior and only wanted cash on the day. I suspect he books multiple events and parties and then chooses the highest paid ones on the day and cancels the others. Absolutely no care or understanding for the disappointment and hassle he causes to the families. Stay clear, do your research and go with someone reputable like Kindifarm."
"I would not recommend this zoo personally, The people that work there are very unprofessional and the clothes they wear are unsuitable. The attitude from staff also (new years eve at panthers) was disappointing. The animals had little water and were also left in the trailer for 2+ plus hours during fire works, is this humane? Poor animals would have been petrified."
