"This store has always been our go to for pizza for years but it has gone so badly downhill in quality for some reason. The base has been like chewing on cardboard, the pizzas come burnt and are very dry and hard to eat. We order when they open and its over an hr wait which isnt too much of a problem but the pizzas are delivered cold. I really don't know how it is possible for a franchise to have a turn around in quality like this. Sorry guys we won't be back again hopefully another store delivers out our way."

"Visiting from Melbourne where I eat Crust regularly. Ordered via the website as usual, with an ETA of 50 minutes. After 80 minutes, phone call to which I was advised that there had been apparent attempted calls (not received) to inform that they had no hummus. As such order had not even commenced. Awaiting another 40 minutes, order arrived and what an absolute disappointment. Cold, soggy and disgusting. Vegan pizza was horrendous. The cheese was completely unlike any other crust order I've had. Burger sauce tasted very odd, there were caramelised onions when this was not on the ingredient list. Chips were incredibly undercooked. The vegan chicken bites were tragic and there were about 9 tiny bites for $10. Garlic bread was missing. Phoned to inquire bout the garlic bread, stated they would resend - another hour and it arrived cold. Worst Crust experience I've ever had. What a waste of $75."

"Decent pizza, does the job, but often bland and undercooked. The quality of the ingredients has significantly dropped since a year or two ago. Used to have fantastic pizzas, but nowadays the ingredients don't taste fresh and the pizzas aren't cooked well."

"I hate to add to the negative reviews but we had a bad experience this evening. My brother in law posted a review earlier and I must agree completely. It pretty much made us all sick, it just didn’t sit well in our stomach and the food was lukewarm aside from the pizza which lacked the overall quality you would expect. Not to mention delivery was about 1.5 hours after order time. It’s just that we can’t be spending that much money to receive a mediocre meal."

"The macaroni and cheese was spicy and not cheesy at all. The pepperoni pizza lacked pepperoni. The meatlovers pizza was average. The carbonara sauce tasted like it was watered down and left a weird film on the pasta. The saving grace was the chicken wings. The crust of the pizza is good. Expected better seems it cost over $100. The delivery on the website says half an hour and it took over an hour to get here. Overall wouldn't recommend or order again."
