"Shannon took a $5300 deposit and gave me a start date which he didn't arrive for. He did not contact me to advise start date would be missed. I made another 3 attempts to have the job started and all 3 start dates were missed with no contact. Shannon took days to reply to messages and didn't answer calls. I never requested to change any start dates, but Shannon kept missing the re-scheduled dates and on the last occasion didn't answer my calls or message until many days later. If he had simply communicated about delays or availability of his contractors, I probably would have felt comfortable waiting. He eventually agreed to refund my deposit but that took over 3 weeks, with promised refund dates missed. I eventually received my refund in full which entitles him to 1 star. In the end a complete waste of 3 months of my time and my property fenceless, as the old fence had partially collapsed. I contacted Limitless Property Group, paid a much smaller deposit and had my fence done within 2 weeks."

"Just had 2 separate fences installed at my property through the team at forever fences, shannon was very helpful and i found was the cheapest supplier in the newcastle area. the team that came out were very good at what they do and promptly started getting things together and im extremely pleased with the result. i will be using them again highly recommend."

"Update: Currently operating with an expired builders licence which means his work is not insured, our issue has been identified and escalated to compliance by Fair Trading. I have honestly never seen a worse looking paling fence over other works. If you want a good outcome and experience please use Multifencing (or anyone else). Still has not contacted us or fixed fence. Denying any issues with fence, despite not having a single conversation or on site discussion. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. SERVICE. Very unhappy with final product and service. The fence is not straight for the last 1/3, palings cut roughly to unprofessionally fill gaps, not a 5 star service. This has been raised with Fair Trading to rectify. Latches have fallen off 3 times within 6 months. As for the 5 year warranty, to fix even these my phone calls have not been returned. As for installation, attention to detail and the desired result were not achieved after extensive conversations including photos. I actively do not recommend, to the multiple people that have requested advice. I will ideally be replacing the fence in the future, an expensive and dodgy exercise to use Forever Fencing."
